Hey y’all! Welcome to another episode of Things I Like. Today I’m sharing with you my love of Carmex®. I’m not kidding when I say this is a miracle worker. Seriously folks. I love this stuff so much! I get so dried out in the winter and this stuff is great! I use it on not only my lips but also my knuckles if they’re really chapped. In a pinch I’ve also been known to rub this on my shoes in a scuffed corner and it makes the leather like new (shhhh. don’t tell anyone. hee hee.)

From their website: “Carmex® lip balm was invented in 1937 by Alfred Woelbing, literally on the family stovetop. For the next 20 years, Alfred and his wife made Carmex® by hand and poured it into the familiar yellow-capped jars.” Of course, now it’s made in a factory in Franklin, Wisconsin, but it’s still just as simple as it’s humble beginnings. Carmex® does not even have to advertise their product … it’s that good … you can even request free sample!

Let me know your thoughts. Have you ever tried Carmex®? Do you love it like I do? Or do you have something better you use? 🙂
