Julia, over at Hooked On Houses, is asking for this home as a Christmas present and I can totally see why. I’m a huge fan of homes … all shapes and sizes. With a father who works in luxury home construction all you do all day long is dream of homes. So, I clicked the link and fell in love.
Here you can see the rear view. This plan is definitely tiny and probably couldn’t be used for anything other than a young couple just starting out or an older couple with an empty nest. When you first look at the home you can sense the coziness and comfort. When you look inside the home there are plenty of wonderful details that demonstrate clearly that craftsman vibe. Check it out … and while you’re at it … you can buy it for me!?!

I actually don’t know where it’s located. I only have the pictures from the plan website. It has to be in a downtown area like the Springfield area here in Jacksonville. It really is a charming house though!
