The future of air travel: The new design could see more passengers on each plane and ticket prices lowered

Military personnel are used to travelling in rows facing each other

Flying high: Earlier this year Ryanair looked into vertical seating options
So, what do you think? Personally, I wouldn’t love staring at someone for a whole flight but if it’s cheap I might actually be persuaded to suffer through! However, there is always the safety factor … and with extra weight I wonder if the plane would be able to manage … hmmm.

The seats look staggered so there appears to be more leg room. If that’s true, I’m sold! (if I could get on a plane, that is)
Yeah … I actually love flying but I hate the thought of having to stare across the aisle at someone for the whole flight!
