I’ve been to plenty of zoos and always thought that the National Zoo in Washington D.C. was my favorite … that is until I made my way to the San Diego Zoo. Oh my goodness … It was amazing! More like a theme park with so much to do …
I know I’m a little off topic today because usually I’m hooked on something house related … but I really am hooked on that zoo. I can’t wait to have children that I can take to California so we can visit the San Diego Zoo. The elephant exhibit was quite extensive and had just opened so it was quite a treat. I hope you enjoyed viewing my pics of the zoo … if you get a chance to visit, you won’t be disappointed, I promise!

This is a great post with wonderful pictures. I was lucky enough to grow up in San Diego and when I was young my Mother would take my sisters and I to the zoo once a week…it is so big that we would just go to one part of it each week…great memories!
